Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Customer Business – Europe, the selected individual will be responsible for managing direct customer relationships including strategic leadership, sales, and customer satisfaction in the region. He or she will be responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) in managing the full range of Pratt & Whitney sales and support services to commercial airline customers, including robust relationship development, account management, identifying market opportunities, and establishing ongoing rapport with customers to grow business backlog and market share. The individual will meet frequently with current and prospective customers to manage relationships, gain and communicate insights into customer issues and requirements, and ensure customer awareness of P&W products and services. Expected to share vision, gain consensus, and lead cross-functional CFT in support of all corresponding commercial initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Sell P&W Commercial Engines products and services to customers based in Europe (including CIS)
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at assigned airline customers, airframers, and other industry players
Serve as the primary expert and strategic leader for the assigned customer accounts
Lead CFT members to find customer solutions that address internal and external business challenges
Clearly and concisely present complex deals to executive leadership and secure internal approvals
Collaborate effectively with P&W team members based in Europe
Travel will be required up to 25%-30%

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience to include commercial aerospace, sales and strategic leadership, and contract negotiation; OR Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience to include commercial aerospace, sales and strategic leadership, and contract negotiation
Effective interpersonal skills, relationship building, and influencing abilities with internal stakeholders and external customers
Executive presence and leadership experience of high performing teams
Demonstrated track record of attaining results through influence and collaboration
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience negotiating commercial contracts
Understanding of airline operations and airline operating economics
Strong customer focus, industry knowledge, and demonstrated business acumen
Multilingual

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
