Job description

As a management information advisor, you help extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization by developing and administering information systems. You analyze and adapt management systems based on the organization’s changing needs. You advise and assist clients and partners, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and actively help institute tools for your line of work. You help develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Analyze reports on your unit’s processes, identify impacts and propose solutions

  • Conduct analysis to boost operational efficiency and regularly monitor indicators

  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes

  • Ensure and verify the accuracy of system information and output

  • Document and update procedures, requests and reports.

What you bring to the table

  • College diploma in a related field

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required
