Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Leading monthly and quarterly operations financial consolidation and analyses for outlook, executive review, and annual strategy review processes.
Acting as an advisor to multiple business units and becoming actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
Preparing monthly results and forecast communications in a timely and accurate manner.
Driving standardization and simplification in financial data processes.
Supporting business-specific and corporate initiatives and requests.
Working independently with minimal guidance; contributing to and executing business, functional or product strategies.
Solving technical or operational problems; taking a new perspective on existing solutions; and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelors or higher degree in Finance or Business Administration related field
10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance function in Industrial industry.
Core Competencies: Collaboration, Data Analysis, Communicating for Results and Business acumen.
Role Based Competencies: Accountability, Analytical Thinking, Business Enterprise Knowledge.
Strong data analytical and problem solving skills. Strong base capability in analytical and data related tools (excel, power point, Power BI).
Off hour interface and support of global project teams.
Ability and flexibility to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
Ability to develop and prepare business analysis and plans.
Knowledge of the principles of strategic business decision-making.
Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

Job Summary
The Diversified Industrials Business Finance Team is seeking a Finance Manager. The role will encompass some or all of the following:
Provides financial decision support for business units. Provides accurate financial planning, control and accountability. Sets annual budgets and profit and loss statements. Responsible for optimizing the financial outcomes for the Company and setting targets for the current year or quarter. Sets realistic, achievable targets relative to the current operating environment and offering ways to improve financial outcomes as a trusted business partner.
Experienced contributor who has substantial knowledge in operations and general business finance, performing complex and varied responsibilities. May provide guidance to groups and individuals in area of responsibility.
