Job description

Position Summary

1. Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.
2. Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.

Role and Responsibilities

Channel Operations

  • Sales & Merchandising Data Analysis (PSI, Growth, Market share, Visibility etc.)
  • Monthly Commercial program guidelines to channel
  • Merchandising/ Communication guidelines for both Online platforms& Offline resources at Retailers
  • Review & Conquer Monthly Sales JBP Plan by Account/ Channel based on common guidelines with customized programs to generate differentiation, deliver sell-out target & gain shares, manage the SD budgets.
  • Marketing/Sales program coordination with Sales team & other multi-functional teams
  • Engagement with Sales team & Retailers in Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Business meetings

Category Commercial Planning (from Channel side)

  • Work with Product team & Sales team to build a strong & thorough Sales plan for new product launch: distribution, sell-out, merchandising/communication
  • Provide sales guidelines based on company’s strategies & objectives in terms of Channel-wise and also product portfolio.
  • Guide & Deploy regional/seasonal sales campaigns/programs
  • Proactively & closely interact & influence Sales team to make sure of excellent Sales execution in order to deliver Sales target and KPIs via tracking reports
  • Proactively & closely work with internal multi-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Retail, Supply chain…) to facilitate sales execution in the market

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with Trade Category Planning/ Sales Planning background
  • Be able to demonstrate strong Data analytical & Critical thinking into Reporting & Problem-solving
  • Strong communication/ interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, especially Sales team
  • Have Fluent oral & written English command with clear understanding
  • Be able to look into detail as well as see the big picture to prioritize resources
  • Be a team player with pro-active "can-do" attitude and result-oriented mindset during tough situation/ challenges
  • Be able to build quick rapport when escalating up to Management level & influence decision making process.
  • Have strong self-leadership, commitment and ownership & be able to build motivation to team members to deliver common goals.
