We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Insurance Operations Analyst will support the Mexico team by managing the activation of processes, handling requests from the commercial team, and ensuring compliance with established service levels.

We will count on you to:

• Receive and process requests for activating new, expanded, or renewed business, including the creation of prospect codes and internal tools.

• Provide first-level telephone support for inquiries and follow up on incomplete information.

• Conduct analysis and proceed with the activation and release of processes through the CORE system, ensuring documentation is stored correctly.

• Validate information for acceptance in the CORE system and communicate with the Policy Servicing team.

What you need to have:

• Technical degree or currently studying in a related field with a focus on customer service.

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance companies or intermediaries, preferably in property, personal, and casualty lines.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (intermediate Excel skills required) and familiarity with BI software and operational management systems.
