Position Details:

• Full-time, remote position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year

Primary Duties:

• Conduct video-based therapy sessions for individuals seeking mental health support.
• Assist clients in setting achievable goals and working toward personal development.
• Use a structured, solution-oriented approach to care.
• Support clients in developing coping mechanisms for life’s challenges.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.

Familiarity with virtual therapy tools
