What you'll be doing?đ¸ Start your journey by owning the administrative side of recruitment: scheduling interviews, sorting CVs, sending and reviewing assessments, updating candidate statuses in our ATS, and delivering feedback emails.đ¸ Conduct phone screenings and help move candidates through the funnel smoothly and professionally.đ¸ Handle day-to-day recruitment admin: drafting and posting job ads, maintaining candidate communication, answering questions, and coordinating feedback.đ¸ Assist in the hiring process end-to-end, including offer creation, sending contracts, and supporting onboarding paperwork and procedures.đ¸ Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines clean, communication crisp, and the hiring process moving.đ¸ As you grow and learn the ropes, youâll take on more ownership - handling sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, participating in interviews, and eventually leading your own roles end-to-end.đ¸ Weâll guide you every step of the way, and your responsibilities will expand based on your performance, initiative, and hunger to grow. đAbout youđ§Š You donât need prior work experience to applyâweâre here to help you kickstart your career! That said, any internships or volunteer experience are a definite plus.đ§Š Your English is excellent (C1+), both written and spoken. You know how to express your thoughts clearly, whether itâs a message to a candidate or a chat with your team.đ§Š Youâre highly organized, process-oriented, and you like when things run smoothlyâbut youâre also ready to build or improve a process if needed.đ§Š Youâre a great communicator with a positive mindset. HR comes with plot twists, and you roll with them, staying calm and looking for solutions.đ§Š Youâre driven, curious, and passionate about making an impact.
