We are currently seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to serve as our Facility CEO and lead our hospital in delivering exceptional patient care while driving continued operational and clinical excellence.

Position Summary
The Facility CEO will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical, and financial performance of the hospital, ensuring delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care while driving strategic growth. This individual will foster a culture of service excellence, employee engagement, and community collaboration, reflecting the dedication and commitment of our team at every level.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred.

Experience:
