Materials Handler - Pick and Pull Specialist - Fremont, CA

What You'll Do

As a Pick & Pull Associate, you'll support warehouse operations by:

• Receiving, organizing, and storing materials

• Picking and packing materials for internal teams and field deployments

• Assembling and wrapping pallets for shipment

• Running small local errands and assisting with minor deliveries

• Participating in regular stock checks and inventory audits

• Operating warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks—training provided)

• Supporting accurate inventory tracking and labeling

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials handling (1–3 years preferred)

• Ability to lift and move materials regularly

• Excellent attention to detail and organization

• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office familiarity a plus

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in security systems or electronics-related industries

• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP)

• Certifications in logistics or warehouse management

Physical & Work Environment

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting

• Active, hands-on warehouse environment

• No travel required

Additional Details

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

• You must be authorized to work in the country of employment
