Role Overview
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a highly strategic and operationally-minded generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be embedded at the heart of a growing AI company and is energized by turning chaos into clarity.
You’ll work directly with the CEO across a broad range of activities — from sales operations to project execution and go-to-market strategy. This is a rare opportunity to help scale a company at the frontier of enterprise AI.

Responsibilities
  • Client Coordination:
    • Follow up with enterprise clients, ensure smooth communication and alignment across accounts
       
  • Sales & Revenue Operations:
     
    • Build and maintain internal sales ops tools using AI-powered platforms (e.g., Replit, Airtable, Notion)
      Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are progressing and deals are closing

       
  • Project Management Support:
     
    • Collaborate with Account Managers, the Technical PM, and the CTO to keep key projects moving
    • Identify blockers and facilitate cross-functional problem solving
       
  • Go-To-Market Execution:
     
    • Work with our marketing and outbound agency partners
    • Ensure all collateral (decks, case studies, one-pagers) is organized, up-to-date, and distributed effectively
       
  • Strategic Support for the CEO:
     
    • Act as a force multiplier by anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and prioritizing initiatives
    • Provide research, writing, and synthesis for high-priority initiatives
Ideal Candidate
  • Prior Startup experience (ideally have your own business or startup is a requirement)
  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or generalist roles (startups, consulting, or tech preferred)
    Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
  • Fast learner who is comfortable working across technical and commercial domains
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting environments (bonus if you’ve used Replit or similar)
  • Self-starter with strong written communication and an ownership mindset
