Job Summary

As a Senior Scout, Quality Control, your duties will include evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable solutions to alleviate recurrence of repetitive manual errors. The Senior Scout QC is primarily responsible for conducting quality control for the WHS Organization. 

 

Reports to: Director, Operations

 

Working Hours: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of overall business experience in a comparable industry.
  • 6 months tenure within current WHS position at ScoutLogic. 
  • Intermediate level of understanding of FCRA policies.
  • Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Independent and detail-oriented

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly QC on all WHS Scouts to ensure adherence to established SOPs.
  • Perform monthly quality analysis to identify root causes and solutions based on findings.
  • Escalate performance issues to the Director, Operations for any required action.
  • Conduct an independent review of process documentation to ensure adherence to the process.
  • Partner with the Training and Operations team to review and identify gaps in training.
  • Assists with both internal and external audits.
  • Assists training team with new-hire development.
  • Assists with general SOP updates, internal knowledge management tool updates and other process documentation as needed.
