Schedule: 
  • (40 hours/week)
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Monday-Friday with an hour lunch breah 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST
  • Flexible hours based on optimal calling times for the target market

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital connector between interested leads and powerful financial solutions. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll engage with warm leads generated via Facebook ads and curated aged lead lists. Your role is to pre-qualify prospects and schedule high-quality appointments that lead to real financial outcomes. In addition to calls, you’ll leverage email marketing to follow up with leads and re-engage missed contacts. You’ll also contribute to developing call scripts to improve results and maintain consistent messaging across outreach.


Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads from Facebook ad campaigns and aged lead lists using the WAVV power dialer via GoHighLevel CRM
  • Engage prospects in meaningful, consultative conversations to assess interest in life insurance and IUL products
  • Pre-qualify leads by evaluating financial position and basic health to determine product suitability
  • Confirm all appointments in advance to ensure attendance and optimize conversion
  • Draft and improve appointment-setting scripts in collaboration with the sales team
  • Send personalized email marketing follow-ups to leads who are unresponsive via phone
  • Tailor communication strategies depending on lead source (e.g., aged leads vs. fresh Facebook leads)
  • Record all interactions and outcomes in GoHighLevel CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize qualification criteria and improve performance
  • Hit daily and weekly KPIs for call volume and qualified appointments
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience setting life insurance and IUL appointments
  • Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel CRM and WAVV power dialer
  • Experience using multi-line dialers to maximize efficiency
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong consultative and persuasive communication abilities
  • Demonstrated success making 100–150+ calls/day while maintaining high quality
  • Familiarity with diverse lead sources (aged data, Facebook ad leads, etc.)
  • Strong pre-qualification and needs-assessment skill
  • Experience in creating or refining appointment-setting scripts
  • Self-starter who can work independently but is also a team player
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Proficiency in basic email marketing for lead follow-ups and drip campaigns
