  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies.

  • Generate reports and respond to queries related to the data entered.

  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or anomalies in the data.

  • Ensure backups are regularly taken to prevent data loss.

  • Stay updated with changes in the data entry procedures or database software.
