About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance operations across website development and migration projects. This role is critical in ensuring that every website released by our team meets the highest quality, usability, and performance standards. If you have a keen eye for UI/UX and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage QA strategies for multiple website projects across platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Contentful
Lead manual and automated testing efforts across devices and browsers
Create detailed test cases to validate functionality, UI/UX, and performance metrics
Oversee a growing QA team, providing mentorship and process improvements
Collaborate closely with development, design, and project teams to ensure flawless releases
Ensure all deployments are responsive, compliant with web standards, and exceed client expectations

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in website QA, including 1+ year in a leadership role
Strong working knowledge of QA tools like BrowserStack, Lighthouse, Percy, Cypress, etc.
Excellent understanding of responsive design, UX flows, and modern web layouts
Familiarity with Agile environments and sprint-based workflows
Strong communication and analytical skills to drive quality-first culture
