We're on the hunt for proactive, driven individuals to join our growing team as Appointment Setters. Job Highlights: 
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact leads in the CRM, with a focus on those identified for callbacks and potential future funding needs
  •  Effectively schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to sales consultation
  • Conduct initial conversations to gauge the client's current financial situation and interest in our services
  • Manage and update client information in the CRM accurately, ensuring data is ready for the transition to the new LMS
  • Work closely with the sales team to communicate appointment details and client needs
  • Strive to meet or exceed set targets in terms of the number and quality of appointments scheduled
  • Regularly provide insights and feedback from client interactions to the Sales Manager


Requirements
  • Prior experience in a service, telemarketing, or appointment setting role
  • Familiarity with CRM system knowledge of ActiveCampaign is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness and ability to learn new CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • An understanding of financial products and services is beneficial—particularly B2B loans
