Role Overview:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage daily operations of the company's social media accounts, ensure brand consistency, enhance audience engagement, and coordinate content delivery through collaboration with our creative agency. This role emphasizes execution, consistency, and engagement rather than content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and potentially YouTube.
Engage proactively with audiences through comments, direct messages, and interactions.
Coordinate closely with our creative agency for content delivery, ensuring materials meet brand standards and timelines.
Conduct basic social media analytics tracking engagement rates, follower growth, and audience feedback.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, competitor activities, and potential reputation management issues.
Manage and nurture basic influencer relationships and collaborations, coordinating deliverables and outcomes.
Perform ongoing review and adjustment of social media strategies based on analytics and performance data.
Provide regular reports summarizing performance metrics and engagement insights.
Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Ability to understand and execute brand guidelines effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and collaboratively across time zones.
Basic familiarity with analytics platforms and metrics (engagement rates, follower growth).
Strong written communication skills and professional engagement etiquette.
