Medha better prepares youth for life after school. We provide 21st-century skills training, career counseling and workplace exposure, and ongoing job placement and alumni support to students at their existing educational institution.

As Lead Impact Evaluation, you will lead Medha’s strategy to evaluate, document, and enhance the impact of its programs. Your work will shape how data and insights influence decision-making internally and externally. As Medha continues to scale, you will ensure its programs are backed by rigorous, real-time evidence and continuous. You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas, experience, and vision to the platform we have created here at Medha. One that touches the lives of tens of thousands of students across hundreds of educational institutions in Tier II, III, and IV cities.
WHAT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Strategy and Framework Development-
Lead the design of Medha’s organization-wide impact strategy and theory of change.
Develop and refine frameworks, tools, and systems for measuring impact.
Align evaluation strategy with program design, government priorities, and donor needs.
Research, Evaluation & Innovation-
Design and manage evaluations—baseline, midline, endline—and experimental designs like RCTs.
Pilot and implement innovative methods to measure outcomes and effectiveness of programs.
Stay updated with global evaluation practices and integrate emerging tools and trends.
Data Systems & Insights
Guide the collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization of program data.
Translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers and partners.
Team Building & Partnerships
Mentor a team of data analysts, field researchers, and evaluation associates.
Build partnerships with academic experts, research organizations, and consultants.
Manage external evaluations, from RFPs to quality assurance and dissemination.
Communication, Learning & Advocacy
Prepare high-quality evaluation reports, presentations, and publications for various stakeholders.
Facilitate organizational learning through reflective sessions and evidence-sharing.
Represent Medha at learning networks, policy forums, and public speaking events.
