Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday

Job Description

Take ownership of accounts receivable management in this key financial role, where you’ll leverage modern accounting software and professional communication skills to ensure healthy cash flow across multiple business units. This position offers the perfect blend of systematic process management and relationship-focused client interaction. Working with an established team, you’ll manage pre-collection activities while maintaining positive business relationships through clear, professional communication. Responsibilities
  • Execute systematic follow-up processes for accounts receivable using QuickBooks Online and collaborative tools
  • Manage professional email communications with clients regarding outstanding payments
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups and maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions
  • Create and maintain organized tracking systems using Excel and Google Docs
  • Provide regular status updates to management on collection efforts and client responses
  • Handle telephone follow-ups when required (for French-speaking markets)
  • Coordinate with external collection agencies for accounts beyond the 30-day threshold
  • Maintain detailed records of payment commitments and follow-up schedules

Requirements
