• Develop high-quality content (graphics, videos, Reels/Shorts, blog posts, stories) aligned with brand voice and resonates with targeted audiences.
• Curate user-generated content and industry-relevant material.
• Maintain content calendar ensuring consistent cross-platform presence.
• Create compelling content (video, carousels) that drives action including demo sign-ups, eBook
downloads, free trials, or purchases.
• Collate and compile case studies/testimonials that build trust and accelerate deals.
Revenue-Driven Campaign Strategy:
• Design campaigns with direct revenue accountability such as limited-time offer promotions, lead- gen ad sequences, abandoned cart flows.
• Implement retargeting campaign strategies where relevant.
• Execute campaigns that require CAC targets and sales attribution tracking.
• Develop performance marketing funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion) with clear
KPIs tied to revenue.
• Pilot emerging features/channels (e.g. TikTok Shop, LinkedIn Conversation Ads) only when data
suggests revenue potential. Document test results against CAC benchmarks.
• Prioritize platforms with highest ROAS and conversion potential based on industry data.
• Rapidly test new channels (e.g. emerging platforms, influencers) for scalable revenue
opportunities.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining CAC targets.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
• Build and monetize audience ecosystems across primary social platforms to drive pipeline growth.
• Use targeted ads, lead magnets, and CTAs to capture high-intent leads.
• Ensure lead quality and track conversion rates (MQL → SQL → Closed Won).
• Manage paid ad budgets ($X–$Y/month) with strict focus on ROAS, CAC and LTV.
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and bids to maximize cost efficiency.
• Work with senior management to develop lead scoring models and nurture streams. Sync campaign calendars with product launches/pricing changes to maximize revenue capture.
Data-Driven Performance Analysis:
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
• Track and report on revenue-specific metrics: Sales generated, pipeline value, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Use GA4, UTM tracking, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ad platforms to attribute revenue to campaigns.
• Report weekly on revenue-impact metrics: Cost per lead by campaign, MQL-to-customer rate, attributable pipeline value. Vanity metrics (likes/shares) only included when correlated to sales outcomes.
