AU Executive Financial Assistant (Remote)

Background

We’re PeoplePartners, hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Australian company doing amazing work in the financial wellness space. Their founder’s on the hunt for an AU Executive Financial Assistant (WFH) — someone who’s highly organized, tech-comfortable, and two steps ahead of what’s needed.

About the Role

This is no ordinary EA gig. You’ll be the right-hand person to the founder, supporting operations, managing inboxes, working with financial data, and keeping tasks (and tools!) in line.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and manage emails like a pro.
  • Keep financial entries up-to-date in Xero.
  • Track tasks and priorities via Asana.
  • Handle scheduling, reminders, and daily operations.
  • Spot what's slipping through the cracks — and catch it.
