Position Summary
Supports the planning and execution of system-wide Epic projects. Provides data analysis, reporting, issue tracking/management, status reporting/ management and other analysis to support healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements. Partners and works alongside project managers in various areas assisting in the development and execution of an integrated project across the organization.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates, develops, modifies and delivers presentations, spreadsheets and other related documents.
- Provides oversight and analysis for complex databases and oversees report generation.
- Creates meaningful metrics for key system functionality, opportunities for improvement and innovation, user needs assessments, compliance and other usage related processes.
- Collects data around projects and services in area of expertise and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement of current services.
- Analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities and monitor changes.
- Researches best practices for clinical and workflow practices.

Salary Range
$58,400.00 - $99,700.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
