To provide efficient and timely technical assistance to assigned customers in matter relating to their packaging equipment operations and to facilitate customer quality and packaging performance improvement.
Level I: Possess a mechanical and electrical technical aptitude with a basic understanding of packaging machines. Generally requires management support to handle intermediate to difficult issues.
