Under supervision of the Manager Business Systems Infrastructure, the Oracle Analyst is responsible for Oracle ERP and providing ongoing business support for enhancements, issues, and data/configuration updates within the tool. This includes, but is not limited to, GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Manufacturing and Reporting modules.
This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, along with experience in financial system support, project management, and report writing. The Oracle Analyst will be expected to analyze reoccurring issues and develop effective root cause solutions. They must demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and recommending process optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
The role works closely with Inmar’s Systems Implementer & Support Partner and plays a hands-on role with business teams during ERP deployment, training, and post-launch support.
Oracle ERP Administration, Configuration, Support, and Training. A proven working knowledge of ERP and Reporting systems (preferably Oracle) with experience in writing business requirements, documenting UAT processes, configuring master data, and creating complex reports. This position also contributes to ERP process integration during company acquisitions.
