Business Integration Analyst Manager Sr -- Consumer Banking

Job Summary

The Business Integration Analyst Senior Manager acts as the primary point of coordination between the Consumer Banking business and its internal support partners—including Small Business, Wealth Services, Deposit Pricing, Data & Analytics, Marketing and Risks & Controls. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end visibility of priorities and deliverables through structured coordination and updates. In addition, this role manages the sales performance function, sales enablement and tracking and market intelligence.

Pay Range - $117,185 - $167,965Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the central liaison between the Consumer Banking business and support functions, ensuring seamless coordination to drive sales goal-setting and accountability.
  • Engage with senior leadership to communicate and act as a thought partner to senior leaders by offering insights, feedback, alternatives and align on priorities.
  • Ensure transparent, proactive communication between business leads and support teams to reduce friction and increase delivery speed
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and misalignments in processes, reporting or decisions; push for clarity and continuous improvement.
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.  Challenge the status quo when needed—ask questions, push for simplification, and ensure work stays tied to business value.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and updates to support key decision-making.
  • May have direct reports and be responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.  Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) 
  • Minimum experience required: 8+ Years

  • Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) field of study preferred or equivalent work experience if applicable)
