Your Role:

As the Director Early Learning Services, you will support the implementation of early learning services across partner and delegate programs. This role will supervise assigned staff, collaborate with partners and delegate to strengthen systems and build staff capacity through technical assistance, coaching, and training. The Director also contributes to the development and refinement of content, tools, and training to support strong practice in early learning services. Key responsibilities include the development and execution of collaborative implementation plans with delegates and partners that support programs to achieve agreed-upon deliverables and demonstrate impact on child outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Coaching & Technical Assistance: Serve as the lead coach for assigned partners and delegates, providing targeted technical assistance aligned with Acelero’s frameworks to drive measurable impact.

Develop & Monitor Collaborative Plans: Co-create and manage implementation plans (CIPs) in partnership with delegates, using data to track progress and adjust support as needed.

Build Partner Capacity: Deliver tailored professional development, training, and resources that strengthen early learning systems and improve program outcomes.

Support Content & Tool Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to design, refine, and scale content, tools, and training based on partner feedback and emerging needs.

Drive Readiness & Compliance: Prepare partners for federal reviews and ensure alignment with Head Start standards, state regulations, and best practices.

Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal leaders and teams to ensure consistent communication, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Acelero’s mission.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Educational Leadership or relevant field; master's degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, including performance management.

  • 3+ years of experience in Head Start/Early Head Start, including experience in coaching, supervision, CLASS, program management, and providing technical assistance.

  • Expertise in content development, facilitation, coaching, and TTA (training and technical assistance).

  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English).

  • Travel is required locally or long-distance up to 75% of the time for work-related trainings, meetings, and functions. (Requirements might increase depending on start-up needs)

  • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

When/Where/How Much:

When: Summer 2025

Where: Remote with 75% travel

How Much: The range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
