We are looking for a Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our Security & Compliance Team, reporting directly to our CISO & CIO. In this greenfield role, you will help launch an entirely new product line for Mark43 focused on helping customers navigate complex security and compliance needs. This is a rare opportunity to shape a mission-critical product from the ground up, making a tangible difference for public safety agencies.

What You’ll Do

Conducted in-depth interviews with public safety customers to identify their most pressing security and compliance challenges
Partnered with engineering and design to scope and prioritize requirements for a new compliance management feature
Wrote detailed product requirements and user stories for an MVP release
Reviewed key regulatory frameworks (CJIS, NIST, FedRAMP) to ensure our roadmap aligns with customer needs
Collaborated with the CISO and cross-functional teams to refine our go-to-market strategy
Participated in a roadmap planning session with company leadership to define long-term product vision

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building and launching software products, ideally in a SaaS environment. You should have a strong track record of writing product requirements, conducting customer interviews, and working closely with engineering and design teams. Experience with security and compliance technologies or frameworks is a plus but not required.
