Job description

This position is responsible for identifying, analysing, driving and implementing globally standardised improvements to CHL’s processes, systems and overall operations with a strong focus on initiatives that will optimise and automate the customer and staff experience. 

  • Work in a globally dispersed team to execute a common vision/goal.
  • Guardian of data integrity and workflow automations within the CRM and the Phone System for operational teams globally.
  • Day to day maintenance and management of core systems, including FAQs, Livechat and CSAT. 
  • Create automations to gain standardised operational efficiencies around organising incoming tickets, emails and messages via request forms from different stakeholders.
  • Undertake research, process mapping and business/data analysis that will assist in identification of improvements 
  • Assist in operationalisation of new programs and systems including set up, configuration management, access management, writing of operational procedures and new processes, and training
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business in cross functional teams

Requirements

  • German speaker preferred
  • Hubspot super admin experience
  • Tech savvy with an interest in keeping abreast of AI evolutions
  • A proven experience in driving efficiency within Operational departments and optimising processes through automation solutions
  • Project Management: understanding of principles and practices.
  • Process mapping: proficient in working with stakeholders to document processes
  • Analytical and problem solving: Strong ability to break down complex problems, analyse data, identify patterns, and propose logical solutions
  • Can juggle competing priorities and deliver work iteratively to keep items moving 
  • Familiarity with the peer to peer or travel industry a bonus.
