Key Responsibilities

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, focusing on AccelQ and SalesForce platforms.
Collaborate closely with development teams to understand the system requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using various testing tools.
Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues have not affected existing functionalities.
Work in tandem with stakeholders to understand and gather testing requirements and specifications.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with a focus on AccelQ and SalesForce.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate issues and solutions with team members.
Proactively build test coverages.
Understand business use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically with SalesForce testing
Experience with AccelQ (Nice to have)
Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage.
Experience or exposure to other testing tools and platforms will be a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.

Qualifications
