LeadVenture is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and VP of Sales, you will be a key partner to sales leadership, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the sales organization. You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of sales processes and tools, deliver deep performance insights, and support strategic decision-making to help scale our revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data and KPIs to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations to sales and executive leadership.
Lead efforts in pipeline analysis, quota modeling, territory design, and headcount planning. Provide input into quarterly and annual revenue planning.
Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales funnel. Drive adoption of best practices.
Serve as the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) subject matter expert. Ensure data integrity, implement enhancements, and manage integrations with other sales tools (e.g., CPQ, Outreach).
Build and maintain advanced reporting and visualization tools using Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Partner with enablement teams to align operations with training, onboarding, and continuous development programs.
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and operational execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM; certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Experience with sales planning tools (e.g., Clari, Anaplan) is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and present insights to senior leadership.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to strategy and execution.
