About The Role:

  • At Enfuce, the Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering complex and strategic onboarding projects that are fundamental to our customers’ success and our own growth. In this role, you will lead the implementation of critical services that enable our clients to launch and scale their financial offerings ensuring that the onboarding journey is not only technically sound and timely but also strategically aligned with their long-term goals.
  • Our customers are not purchasing a plug-and-play solution – Enfuce provides the essential technical infrastructure that powers their financial services, and the issuing license and expertise required.
  • As the project manager, lead the customer onboarding projects, ensuring that both Enfuce and the customer stay aligned on technical, regulatory, and delivery requirements all within agreed timelines. From project planning and coordination to internal and external stakeholder management and communication, this role ensures that onboarding is smooth, transparent, and successful. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage high-impact projects independently, and contribute to shaping Enfuce’s onboarding methodologies.
  • The Senior Project Manager’s mission is to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience that not only gets customers to live in production but also creates satisfied, loyal customers helping Enfuce unlock the full revenue potential of each client quickly and efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and acting as a trusted partner are key priorities. Internally, collaborating closely with Enfuce teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and mutual support is essential. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and lead large, high-impact, and strategic customer onboarding projects
  • Drive alignment across diverse internal teams (tech, compliance, operations) and senior-level stakeholders on the customer side.
  • Define, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to ensure shared vision, clear expectations, and continuous alignment.
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders internally and externally providing clarity, confidence, and swift resolution of issues.
  • Take full ownership of project execution, making high-level decisions independently and escalating only when necessary.
  • Analyze project KPIs and customer feedback to optimize onboarding efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Lead post-onboarding retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and business value.
  • Mentor and support other project managers, providing guidance and coaching across projects and onboarding practices.
  • Own and drive improvements in onboarding frameworks, tools, and documentation, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying and addressing process or knowledge gaps across the onboarding function.
