Job description

Account overview: Is a US dynamic and growing bookkeeping firm committed to delivering accurate, timely financial services to small businesses.

Role overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting our clients, and ensuring the integrity of their financial data.

Key Responsibilities :
Accurately manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate documentation.
Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with year-end closings.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
Identify and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English at a C2 (Advanced/Mastery) level.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with U.S. Tax Law is preferred.
