Client Engagement Specialist

Remote (Brazil) | Full-time | Entry-Level

Were hiring an organized, client-focused professional to join the centralized reception and scheduling team of a mission-driven healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, a helping profession, or administrative support in healthcare especially if you enjoy structured tasks, people interaction, and contributing to the delivery of essential services.

What you'll do

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Professionally handle and return incoming calls to the organizations main reception line

  • Schedule and manage appointments for outpatient programs (telehealth and in-person)

  • Coordinate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure all appointment needs are met

  • Manage communications with clients across email, phone, text, and scheduling tools

  • Update appointment data in internal systems and track confirmations and reminders

  • Support virtual waiting rooms and communicate status updates to clinic teams

  • Provide information and guidance to clients regarding services and schedules

  • Monitor no-shows, cancellations, and appointment changes, and relay this to staff

  • Collaborate with team members across tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and email

You're a great fit if you
  • Have a Bachelors degree in a helping profession (or significant related experience)

  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Have strong customer service experience and communication skills

  • Know how to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

  • Are comfortable using systems like EHR, Zoom, MS Teams, and Outlook

  • Can work autonomously and in hybrid or remote setups

  • Are open to flexible shifts that may include some evening or weekend hours

Bonus points if you
  • Have worked in healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar field

  • Are familiar with myAvatar, Dayforce, Tableau, or Avaya

  • Are bilingual (Portuguese/English or Spanish/English)
