Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in automation development
• Hands-on experience with process automation, scripting, APIs, and RPA tools

Automation & Scripting:

• Python, PowerShell, Jinja
  

• RPA tools: UiPath, ElectroNeek, Rewst, Immybot, PIA
  

• Microsoft Automation: Intune, Power Automate

• API integration and scripting

• Familiarity with Agile development processes

Infrastructure & IT Tools:

• Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM): NinjaRMM, ConnectWise Automate
  

• Email Security: Proofpoint, Microsoft
  

• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR): SentinelOne
  

• Security Operations: BlackPoint Cyber
  

• MFA Tools: Cisco Duo, Microsoft MFA
  

• Zero Trust Security: ThreatLocker, Rapid7
  

• Productivity Suites: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace

• Professional Services Automation (PSA): Autotask, ConnectWise Manage

Other Considerations:

• MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a strong plus
