Full Time Capital Aggregates Administrative Assistant – Ozark, MO (Hybrid)
Location: Ozark, Missouri
Employment Type: Full-Time

Capital Aggregates is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Capital Aggregates group in Ozark, MO. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing administrative tasks in a dynamic, field-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in coding invoices for multiple companies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our quarry division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, code, and process invoices for quarry operations
  • Collect, organize, and track hired hauler insurance requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date locations for quarry pieces of equipment
  • Communicate with field staff to ensure correct and timely coding of invoices
  • Maintain organized records, both digital and paper-based, for audits and reporting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Opportunity to expand into other areas as time permits
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in construction, transportation, or logistics
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital filing systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid setting
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
