JOB SUMMARY (added Dec 2023)

The Executive Client Account Manager is a key strategic role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position combines expertise in account management with a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to drive business growth. The Executive Client Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Responsible for leading and managing key aspects of servicing and retaining clients
  • Ensures appropriate levels of service and operational support to clients by understanding and championing for clients’ needs and requirements
  • Leads regular client calls and presents MBRs/QBR's

Client Program Management

  • Oversee programs throughout the entire program lifecycle including estimations, contracting, design, implementation and maintenance.
  • Resolve program issues and troubleshooting, escalating appropriately as needed.
  • Track program progress, including spend and budget, and forecasting revenue.
  • Familiarity with Outcomes revenue operations and client management system

Strategic Influence

  • Deliver status reports, business reviews, and presentations to clients based on client segmentation.
  • Understand the business and healthcare objectives of their clients
  • Mastery of aligned Outcomes products and relevant offerings

Sales Function

  • Understand the whitespace potential product offerings/bundles and actively engage in upselling to drive additional revenue.
  • Track key contract dates and drive renewals activities.

  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and 
    technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
  • Works on complex projects of large scope
  • Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
  • Ability to work independently with little direction from leadership
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
  • Strong communication skills
  •  Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum years of work experience: 8 years
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience 
    in Account Management within the Enterprise Pharmacy segment
