This is a remote position.

Signature is looking to add an Operations Specialist to our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Regional Operations Managers, clients, and field consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all inquiries and issues are delegated to the appropriate team members by managing a shared email inbox and company phone line. You must have exceptional organization and communication skills & a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Maintains a pleasant demeanor and commitment to service.
• Serves as the first point of contact for field consultants and clients on Signature’s company phone line
• Serves as the administrator of Signature’s shared email inbox for addressing and delegating inquiries from field consultants and clients.
• Assists Regional Operations Manager and other team members with administrative duties.
• Assists with monitoring inspections for timely completion.
• Embraces learning opportunities to develop new skill sets with the goal of advancement to higher positions in the company
• Performs accurate company-required record keeping.
• Documents communications in company platforms for transparency to all team members.
• Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

In this role you will be expected to: interface with clients, contractors, and internal team members to maintain positive relationships, ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, and assist management and leadership teams by going above and beyond to assist Signature in delivering exceptional service to our field consultants and clients.


Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Prior experience in Client Services, Field Management, or the insurance inspection industry required
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Excellent customer and contractor relationship skills
• Positive and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
​• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree preferred

Salary:

$45,000 to $48,000 depending upon experience
