Outreach Specialist - ZR_24395_JOB

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound phone calls to former chiropractic patients to reactivate their care
  
• Send text messages as part of the patient reactivation campaign
  
• Reconnect with previous patients who haven’t been seen in months or years
  
• Build and maintain relationships with former patients to encourage return visits
  
• Handle patient questions, objections, and hesitations professionally
  
• Schedule appointments and rebookings for returning patients
  
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and patient responses
  

Requirements:

• Strong sales and outreach background with proven communication skills
  
• Healthcare or Medical background a plus
• Excellent phone presence and professional conversation abilities
  
• Experience in customer service and sales environments
  
• Ability to handle objections and guide patients toward booking decisions
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer software preferred
  
• Residential/B2C outreach experience
  
• Money-motivated mindset with interest in commission-based compensation
  

Scope:

• Part-time position with 20 hours per week minimum
  
• Residential outreach to former patients only (B2C focus)
  
• Working with established patient database of former clients
  
• Following existing proven processes and procedures
