Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 5pm Central

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual Executive Assistant with strong sales acumen and operational support skills to work directly with a dynamic leader. This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a high-level Executive Assistant with a Sales Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and confident in creating sales presentations, conducting market research using tools like ChatGPT, and providing strategic support on business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive assistance to a senior leader, including calendar and email management, meeting preparation, and administrative support
  • Assist with the creation of sales decks and presentations (using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides)
  • Conduct market research using AI tools such as ChatGPT and present actionable insights
  • Support sales operations through lead tracking, CRM updates, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate closely on sales strategy and execution, providing administrative and operational support
  • Draft emails, reports, and communications in both English and Spanish when needed
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and help streamline processes to improve efficiency

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar hybrid role
  • Sales or presentation building background
  • Strong sales and/or business development background
  • Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, research platforms, etc.)
  • Skilled in presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Languages Required:
Fluent in English and Spanish
