Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
  • Client Timezone: Singapore Standard Time (SGT)
Responsibilities:

Scope:
  • Direct collaboration with company leadership and marketing team
  • Role may expand based on performance and the growth of the business
  • Opportunity to contribute across digital marketing, customer service, and brand-building initiatives
  • Fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving responsibilities
Marketing & Design
  • Assist in the creation and design of presentations and marketing materials such as digital posters, menus, GIFs, and branded assets (e.g., logos and merchandise)
  • Manage minor website content and make adjustments using Wix
  • Create and curate social media content, including still images, reels, and short-form videos
  • Help plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads
  • Strategize and manage platform-specific marketing for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Customer Engagement & Communication
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via WhatsApp and SleekFlow, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Track and summarize volume and types of customer interactions (e.g., complaints, machine issues, product interest)
  • Conduct customer research and analyze communication trends to improve engagement strategies
Reporting & Admin
  • Generate and present structured reports based on internal data and self-conducted research
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing and customer support
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with marketing and design tools such as Canva and Wix
  • Familiarity with Excel (including cell formatting) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong command of the English language for written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience with WhatsApp Business and, ideally, SleekFlow
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content strategy
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Interest in health, wellness, and nutritious food
  • Basic familiarity with Mailchimp, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics is a plus
