Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bizagi Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on Bizagi Process Automation, BPM, and Workflow Management. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting interactive workshops, ensuring participants gain practical expertise in Bizagi tools and methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions on Bizagi Process Automation.

  • Develop and customize training materials aligned with Bizagi best practices.

  • Guide participants through hands-on exercises and real-world use cases.

  • Provide certification preparation for Bizagi Professional and Developer tracks.

  • Offer post-training support and mentorship to trainees.

  • Collaborate with organizations to tailor training programs to their needs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  •  Expertise in Bizagi BPM Suite – Strong knowledge of Bizagi Modeler, Bizagi Studio, and Bizagi Automation.
  •  Process Automation & Workflow Design – Ability to teach business process modeling and automation techniques.
  •  Training & Instructional Design – Experience in delivering structured training programs.
  •  Technical Knowledge – Understanding of integration, data modeling, business rules, and validations in Bizagi.
  •  Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  •  Experience with LMS & Virtual Training Tools – Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
  •  Certifications (Preferred) – Bizagi Professional or Bizagi Developer certification.
Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Bizagi training or process automation consulting.

  • Prior experience in corporate training, workshops, or e-learning development.

  • Knowledge of BPMN, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
