The Role:

This client facing role involves working closely with Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and internal Professional Services stakeholders.  The primary purpose is to maximize bookings by helping to sell the value of and close implementation and value-add service opportunities.  After closure we want to ensure clean transition to the delivery team to help clients derive maximum value from their services and software investment.

Position Overview:

Individual Goals:

  • To meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual Professional Services bookings targets
  • To reduce the amount of discounting and credits requested during the Sales cycle

Role Expectations:

  • Work closely with Sales and Professional Services to align opportunities across the two teams
  • Assist Sales in selling the value of Professional Services in implementation opportunities by attending demo sessions and presenting our Implementation Methodology and gaining the client’s trust
  • Assist Sales in completing RFP responses for services opportunities
  • Drive additional Professional Services opportunities within the existing client base through targeted campaigns
  • Forecast Professional Services bookings and track in SalesForce reporting and dashboards
  • Coordinate internal scoping, pricing, and internal documents like Statements of Work to ensure a speedy and smooth process for the client and Sales
  • Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer to transition projects to the Professional Services team
  • Some travel may be required, up to 10%

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Professional Services or Sales roles
  • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the commercial and/or residential industry
  • Thrive under pressure and be comfortable working towards a services booking target
  • Ambitious self-starter with a confident & outgoing personality. Desire to learn and earn.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
