Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves organizing details to make sure things run smoothly? Join us as a Product Support Specialist and become a key part of the Booster Gear team, delivering custom products and inventory to our clients and internal teams with accuracy, speed, and extraordinary service.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing product orders from start to finish, creating, processing, and tracking orders to ensure they arrive on time and with excellence. You'll partner closely with teammates across our production, warehouse, customer success, and field teams to keep our operations moving seamlessly.
How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:
Own the creation and processing of Booster Gear product orders from kickoff to completion.
Monitor order timelines and manage status updates to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
Serve internal teammates by answering product-related questions through our internal ticketing system.
Collaborate with teammates across Production, Warehouse, Customer Success, and Field teams to gather order information, set priorities, and solve problems quickly.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
A positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively on a team
Strong customer service skills and a heart to serve others
Working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce is a plus
