Description

We are seeking a talented Director of Product Management to join our Product Management team. We are looking for someone who appreciates the need for quality in enterprise software and gains deep satisfaction from turning abstract ideas into successful products which are being used by the world's largest and demanding enterprises, along with coordinating engineering and GTM teams, to make it happen.

As a Director of Product Management, you’ll be responsible for calibrating customers and market needs to product requirements, prioritizing engineering teams work on features and bugs, and supporting feature launch and rollout processes with the marketing and sales teams. As a Director of Product Management, you’ll articulate solutions from concept through implementation and actual usage by the most demanding customers in the Application Security space. The role requires extensive experience in managing teams of experienced Product Managers, leading multiple solutions in complex and inter-dependent environments and development teams.

**In this position, you will work in a hybrid model**

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 product managers
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and groom a rich product backlog
  • Deliver product requirements and user stories for prioritized features across multiple teams and feature sets
  • Initiate and participate in engineering-driven project definition from concept through implementation
  • Serve as a voice of internal stakeholders as features are being developed
  • Ensure that all internal product documentation is kept up-to-date
  • Measure and report on feature performance metrics
  • Communicate technical concepts, constraints, and milestones to various stakeholders
  • Serve as the internal functional expert on all features you manage

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years experience in a SaaS-based security solution Product Manager role.  
  • 3+ years experience in a Product Management leadership role
  • Experience with software development lifecycle
  • Experienced with the Application Security space 
  • Experienced with large scale/enterprise-grade security platforms
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and features at one time
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Proven experience in leading AI driven products as well as AI powered product management tools and practices
