Regional Project Manager – Central Eastern Europe & Switzerland
Location: Poland or Czech

Full-time | Permanent
 

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful change? We’re looking for a Regional Project Manager to join our Operational Excellence team and lead high-impact projects across Central Eastern Europe and Switzerland.

In this newly created role, you’ll report directly to the Director of Operational Excellence and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. From concept to completion, you’ll guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle - planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with local management to identify, prioritise, and execute strategic projects.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and scope to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and timelines.
  • Lead and support cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability.
  • Manage budgets and conduct risk assessments, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate challenges when needed.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure sustainability and capture lessons learned.
  • Uphold company policies and promote a culture of excellence and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic projects within the supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of operational and logistics processes; commercial experience is a plus.
  • Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, Agile, PRINCE2).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
