The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Workforce, Resource and Deployment team you will coordinate and manage work requests to secure resourceful staffing across service delivery teams. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing skills in workforce management, collaborating closely with various teams to balance career goals and project needs. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your organizational abilities and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, remote environment while working alongside talented professionals in PwC.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or other business-related courses
- 1 year of experience in workforce management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Tertiary qualifications in Management or business-related courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with resource planning software and time management tools
- Communicating effectively with team members at various levels
