As a Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of turning complex datasets into actionable insights that shape our strategy and support critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop clear and impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that drive decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and deliver meaningful insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation.
• Stay up to date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, championing innovation in our analytics practice.
• Support strategic decision making with data - driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data collection, storage, and processing workflows.

What We are Looking For

• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and experience with Python or R is a plus.
