In the role of VR Event and Content Moderator, We offer our clients peace of mind and confidence by providing comprehensive moderation services for live and recorded events, as well as interactive activities within designated VR spaces. We enable our clients to focus on creating engaging VR experiences, while we handle the behind-the-scenes work to ensure their content is always up-to-date, functional, and secure. VR Event and Content Moderators work on live events and are responsible for adding in ID’s from the event on from social media in to the client tools. This will connect the two products and result in displaying the audio and visual into the event. We are on each event and responsible for making sure the audio and visual is coming through the VR and client tools accordingly. This service includes offerings which run 24/7 and someone is periodically checking these events

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Event and Content Moderator working from home, you will:

  • VR Event and Content Moderators work on live events and are responsible for adding in ID’s from the event on from social media in to the client tools.
  • We connect the client products and result in displaying the audio and visual into the event.
  • We are on each event and responsible for making sure the audio and visual is coming through the VR and client tools accordingly.
  • We offer and staff services which includes offerings which run 24/7 and someone is periodically checking these events
  • Report on trends and advocate for platform level solutions
  • Use problem solving skills, in conjunction with tools and resources, to resolve non-standard and/or escalated issues
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce
  • Resolution mindset, proven experience helping advertisers navigate the client online platform tools to a solution
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load 
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Ability to work with and wear VR equipment daily and for extended periods of time if needed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly 
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge

  • The base salary for this position is $18.00 hourly., (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage) plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
