ADEY, the market leader in the provision of residential water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a European Marketing Executive to join the team in Germany.

Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans.

The Role

The European Marketing Executive will work as an important member of the wider ADEY marketing team to provide dedicated support for the marketing function in the European market, supporting the company’s crucial development in Europe.

This role will primarily report to the European Marketing Manager to deliver marketing plans.

Working style: Remote working in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and delivery of the company's marketing plans in Europe

  • Create compelling propositions, marketing communication content and campaigns

  • Managing digital channels including targeted email marketing, local websites, online training/webinars,

  • video

  • Create and manage email campaigns to improve user onboarding, educate sector audiences, raise

  • awareness of new products, upsell and cross sell products/services

  • Supporting new product launches from start to finish

  • Supporting localised marketing/PR agencies

  • Liaising with our studio to brief in artwork for campaigns, product launches, POS, and other collateral

  • Using Canva to produce social media graphics, digital flyers for promotions and training etc.

  • Supporting the creation of high-quality best practice/user guides, product brochures, consumer literature,

  • email marketing, case studies, web copy, surveys, training materials, social media content, press releases

  • (working alongside in-house design studio and external agencies)

  • Co-ordinating European language translations for marketing materials

  • Organise events, exhibitions and associate promotional materials and campaigns; pitching new content

  • concepts to drive traffic and increase brand awareness

  • Co-ordinating all point-of-sale items and merchandise

  • Supporting brand compliance across Europe, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Dealing with requests for marketing literature and support from ADEY’s principal distributors and sales

  • agents in Europe and ensuring they adherence to ADEY corporate and product brand guidelines

  • Budget management and reporting against KPIs

The Person

  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record in a marketing role, ideally with multi-country or pan-European responsibilities.

  • Speaking both English and German fluently is essential (both written and spoken).

  • A well-rounded marketer with experience planning, managing and executing projects including product launches, marketing campaigns with cross-channel execution (POS, print, digital and PR).

  • Evidence of strong communication skills.

  • Evidence of digital marketing competencies with strong social media skills.

  • Confident communicator with tenacity and drive, and the ability to adapt to different cultures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a problem-solving approach Organised and methodical

  • Excellent copywriting skills.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise accordingly in order to meet required and at times tight deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • The ability to work under pressure in order to meet required and at times tight deadlines.

  • Relevant software skills in the use of CRM systems (Hubspot) and Microsoft 365.

  • Willingness to travel (if required)

  • A strong team player capable of working effectively within and contributing to a creative and energetic team environment.

  • Confident communicator with tenacity and drive, and the ability to adapt to different cultures.
