Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of specific product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable product solutions. You’ll shape product direction, define roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements that create real value for our customers. While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, you’ll collaborate with other product professionals and mentor junior team members as needed.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end product development lifecycle for assigned initiatives
  • Translate business needs and user feedback into detailed product requirements
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals
  • Prioritize feature development based on impact, effort, and business value
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and clinical stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor trends to inform product evolution
  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform decisions
  • Communicate product updates and decisions clearly across teams
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies with development teams
  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launch activities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, etc.)
  • 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using data to support decisions and prioritize features
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude) is a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, or B2B SaaS products is a strong advantage
