Lead React Native

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our team and drive the development of mobile and web applications using React Native. We need someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
• 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development
• Proven experience in React Native mobile app and web app development
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and embedding cyber security
• Experience with Azure/AWS infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams when needed
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage tech debt alongside feature delivery

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React Native (preferably with react-native-web)
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party plugins (camera, storage, maps, etc.)
• Build responsive UI with React Native Flexbox
• Implement secure development practices in CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure app deployment on both Android and iOS
• Handle SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL) for data manipulation
• Manage version control using Git
• Lead small technical teams and contribute to technical improvements (reduce tech debt, improve UX)
• Work with Azure/AWS infrastructure (experience with Azure services and Functions is a plus)
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
